Youssouf Fofana's future with AC Milan is uncertain as the club weighs its options for the 1999-born midfielder. The France international has been linked with a move away from the San Siro, with Besiktas and two Saudi Pro League clubs, Al Ittihad and Al Nassr, reportedly interested in his services.
The interest from the Saudi clubs could potentially alter the dynamics of the negotiations, which have been ongoing between the club's new coach, Amorim, and the management. The former is said to be evaluating Fofana's role within the team's project and discussing his future with the board.
Besiktas, however, appears to be the most proactive party in the negotiations, with the Turkish club reportedly studying the possibility of making an offer in the coming weeks. AC Milan, on the other hand, does not consider Fofana an indispensable part of its squad.
The club is open to listening to offers that it deems acceptable, with a valuation of around €20 million reportedly set for the midfielder.
