AC Milan have completed the signing of Aurelien Guernier, a versatile and technically gifted young attacker. Guernier, who can play anywhere behind the striker, was also being pursued by Chelsea and Sporting, but ultimately chose to join the Rossoneri. The deal was brokered by Jovan Kirovski, who has been linked with a promotion to the first team, and finalized by stand-in CEO Massimo Calvelli.
Guernier, just 18 years old, is expected to develop within the Futuro system, but will also train with the first team throughout the season. This could provide him with an opportunity to impress head coach Ruben Amorim early on. The youngster's excellent technique and vision have made him a highly sought-after talent, and Milan are thrilled to have secured his signature.
The signing of Guernier provides a much-needed boost to Milan's transfer activity, which has been overshadowed by off-field issues. The Rossoneri are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season, and Kirovski's influence in securing Guernier's deal will be seen as a positive step.
Guernier's addition to the Milan squad is a testament to the club's commitment to identifying and developing young talent. With Kirovski playing a key role in the transfer process, Milan fans will be excited to see how the young attacker progresses in the coming months.
