AC Milan is actively searching for an attacking midfielder to fit into Ruben Amorim's tactical plans. The Portuguese coach wants a technically skilled and dynamic player who excels in one-on-one situations and can create scoring opportunities. Amorim's ideal candidate is Arthur Atta, a French attacking midfielder currently playing for Udinese.

Atta has caught Amorim's eye due to his intelligent movement, ability to play between the lines, and experience in Serie A. The 21-year-old's versatility and technical skills make him an attractive option for the Rossoneri. Milan's recent meeting with Udinese's director Gianluca Nani has further strengthened Atta's candidacy.

While Atta is the frontrunner, Milan is still considering other options, including Kerim Alajbegovic, a talented Bosnian player owned by Bayer Leverkusen, and Konstantinos Karetsas, a highly-rated youngster from Genk. However, both Alajbegovic and Karetsas come with higher price tags, valued at over 30 and 40 million euros respectively.

Udinese is not willing to sell Atta cheaply, valuing him between 35 and 40 million euros. Despite this, Atta remains the top target for Amorim's Milan as they look to bolster their attacking midfield options.
