AC Milan are bolstering their right flank with two potential signings. Coach Ruben Amorim is considering playing Alexis Saelemaekers on the left side as an inverted wing-back, which may require a new starter on the right. Milan are looking at Guela Doué of Strasbourg and Rafik Belghali of Hellas Verona.
Doué, an Ivorian defender, was previously targeted by Milan last year before they signed Zachary Athekame. Contact has been made with Doué's entourage, and he has expressed interest in joining Milan. A five-year contract worth €2.5m net per season plus bonuses is on offer.
However, Strasbourg may be difficult to negotiate with, and Milan are also considering Belghali. The Algerian full-back impressed during the World Cup and is valued at €15m. Fiorentina are also interested in signing Belghali.
Milan's hunt for a new right wing-back continues, with Doué and Belghali emerging as top targets.
