AC Milan is exploring the possibility of promoting Jovan Kirovski, a current executive in the club's youth setup, to a more senior role. This move is reportedly being considered by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has a close relationship with Kirovski. However, there are concerns about the American's eligibility for the position due to not having completed the necessary coaching courses.
Kirovski's potential promotion would be an interesting development, given his experience working with young players at Milan Futuro. The club is looking to strengthen its technical area, and an internal promotion could be seen as a cost-effective solution. Nevertheless, the bureaucratic hurdle poses a significant challenge to Kirovski's appointment.
The issue arises from Kirovski not having completed the Unisalento course and not having passed the exam at Coverciano. This means that the club would need to find an alternative solution or provide Kirovski with the necessary support to obtain the required qualifications. Milan is no stranger to finding creative solutions to its problems, and this situation may be no exception.
The club's search for new executives comes after missing out on Markus Krosche and Timmo Hardung, who were set to join from Eintracht Frankfurt. With Kirovski's promotion being considered, Milan may look to fill other gaps in its technical area.
