AC Milan's youth sector is gearing up for a new era of development under the guidance of Vincenzo Vergine and Jovan Kirovski. Vergine, the head of the youth sector, expressed his satisfaction with the recent U15s Scudetto win, achieved through a 2-0 victory against Empoli. This triumph marks the culmination of a season's hard work by the staff and young players.
Vergine and Kirovski are working in close collaboration to strengthen the Youth Sector, focusing on developing young players and talent. Their vision is built on continuity, with a project that has been ongoing for some time. The 2011 generation of players has now taken the baton from the 2007 generation, beginning a new era for the club.
The internal restructuring of Milan's management, led by Gerry Cardinale, has resulted in the promotion of key figures like Hendrik Almstadt. Kirovski is set to gain more influence, although he will retain his title as head of Milan Futuro. Vergine will oversee the youth sector, handling everything from Primavera level and below.
The partnership between Vergine and Kirovski is seen as a crucial element in Milan's future success, as they strive to create a robust and sustainable youth development system.
