Frederic Massara, a former AC Milan executive, has joined Juventus as the new face of their technical area. This move comes as part of Juventus' deep restructuring efforts. Massara, born in 1968, was chosen by Giovanni Carnevali, the new CEO and general manager, to lead a strategic change at the club.
Massara's arrival brings some changes to Juventus' internal balance. The club has confirmed Marco Ottolini as sports director and Giorgio Chiellini will keep his role within the organization. However, François Modesto is leaving the club.
Carnevali aims to combine Massara's experience, gained from his previous roles at Roma and AC Milan, with the continuity provided by the existing staff. This move is expected to shape Juventus' new technical structure.
Massara's appointment has raised questions about his impact on Juventus' future performance.
