AC Milan has officially announced the appointment of Ruben Amorim as the new head coach of the men's first team. The Portuguese tactician inherits a significant legacy and is set to embark on a new project emphasizing identity, intensity, and talent development.
Amorim's coaching career began in 2018, with notable stints at Casa Pia and Braga before his breakthrough with Sporting CP. During his time in Lisbon, he secured two Portuguese championships, two League Cups, and a Super Cup, establishing himself as one of Europe's top coaches.
Prior to joining Milan, Amorim gained valuable experience in the Premier League with Manchester United, further enriching his professional portfolio. His approach to the game, which focuses on high-intensity, offensive football, aligns with AC Milan's vision.
