The transfer market does not stop and Milan continues to monitor young prospects. Among the names that have appeared on the Rossoneri radar is Owen Emeka, an attacking winger of Granada. The interest was first hinted at in recent days by La Gazzetta dello Sport and later confirmed by Matteo Moretto on his X profile.

Emeka, Milan watches Granada talent

According to Moretto, Owen Emeka has a contract with Granada until 2029, which includes a release clause of 15 million euros. Before the renewal, Real Madrid had also shown interest in the player but failed to advance negotiations.

Now, besides Milan, Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen and Newcastle have also placed the young attacker among their targets. At the moment, however, no official offers have been reported for the player.

Who is Owen Emeka, the 2009-born followed by Milan

Owen Mira Chukwuemeka, known in football as Owen Emeka, plays in the Spanish second division with Granada. This season he has made 6 appearances and scored one goal, gaining more playing time in recent weeks.

The only match in which he exceeded an hour of play was against Albacete, when he stayed on the field for 70 minutes and scored the goal that gave a temporary lead. It was on that occasion that Milan scouts observed him live.

Emeka has been used as a right winger in a 4-3-3 formation, with the possibility of cutting inside onto his left foot and exploiting his ballistic qualities. With the goal against Albacete he also became, according to the reported data, the youngest scorer in Granada’s history, at 17 years, 4 months and 23 days.
