AC Milan are actively searching for a new head of football and sporting director as the club looks to strengthen its management team. With negotiations for Markus Krösche and Timmo Hardung from Eintracht Frankfurt falling through, the Rossoneri are now evaluating international candidates. Jovan Kirovski and Bobby Gardiner are among the top targets to work alongside new coach Ruben Amorim.
The club is also considering bringing in an experienced figure to oversee transfers and manage the team's roster. Domenico Teti, former sporting director at Wolverhampton, and George Gardi, an Italian agent with a strong track record in top-level transfers, are being looked at. Gardi's expertise could prove valuable in speeding up negotiations for incoming and outgoing players.
Milan are also exploring other high-profile options, including connections to Jorge Mendes and Antero Henrique. Meanwhile, Devin Ozek, former sporting director at Fenerbahçe, remains on the club's shortlist. A temporary internal solution is being considered, which would allow Krösche and Hardung to complete the summer transfer window with Eintracht Frankfurt before making a new approach in September.
The club's management, led by Gerry Cardinale and Massimo Calvelli, are working to find the right candidates to drive the team's success in the upcoming season.
