The American arrives at the pause with completely different feelings compared to a few weeks ago. In the last Serie A match against Lecce, Pulisic finally managed to find the net, ending a league drought that lasted a full 266 days.
Pulisic Milan, the turning point after nine months without a Serie A goal
Before the goal against Lecce, Pulisic’s last Serie A goal dated back to 28 December 2025 against Hellas Verona. From that moment the American had made 39 shots without scoring, finally finding the target with his 40th attempt.

A heavy goal especially from a confidence point of view. The number 11 had already shown encouraging signs in the previous match against Lazio, when he provided an assist.
Pulisic Milan, becomes decisive for two consecutive matches
The last two performances precisely certify the change of pace: between the assist against Lazio and the goal against Lecce, Pulisic has been involved in at least one goal for two consecutive Serie A appearances for the first time since the November‑December 2025 period.
Back then he had scored a total of three goals in the two matches against Inter and Torino. Now the aim is to give continuity to the new positive run. Work during the break can become valuable to give Milan a Pulisic finally decisive even in the league.
