This summer, Simone Lontani left AC Milan and headed to Parma on a free transfer and he has already scored his first goals for the club.

Lontani is one of the latest Milan gems to leave the club, leaving many frustrated with the club again for missing out on a potential top talent. Of course, there have been plenty like him to leave before and there may be in the future; not all of those have gone on to become stars.

Lontani bags twice

The case of Lontani , then, is a strange one. It is certainly possible that his route may be blocked by Francesco Camarda and Andrej Kostic moving forward. Yet, he is a talented striker and it would’ve been nice to keep him.

So, seeing him get a brace on his competitive debut for Parma is not the most pleasant feeling.
