AC Milan have been quiet in the mercato recently and it’s understandable why. However, they are not done on their terms. After the signings of Mario Gila and Goncalo Ramos, Milan have had to take a back seat in the mercato. Ultimately, they cannot commit to nearly €200 million in spending without receiving any money back.
