While Milan continues to work on the outgoing market to find a place for players no longer central to Ruben Amorim's project, a curious episode arrived on social media involving some of the club's excess players.

Milan, Fofana posts selfie with Amorim's excluded

The French midfielder shared a selfie in his stories taken directly at Milanello together with other players involved in the Portuguese coach's market evaluations: Fikayo Tomori, Santiago Gimenez and Christopher Nkunku.

The photo, accompanied by smiling emojis, attracted fans' attention at the moment it arrived, considering that all protagonists were listed as possible departures.

Milan, exit market still to be completed

The club is indeed looking to lighten the squad before the market closes. Several players will have to find a new destination to allow Amorim to work with a group closer to his tactical ideas.

For Fofana, Tomori and Gimenez several scenarios remain open, while Nkunku has already found a new arrangement on loan at Lipsia. The selfie posted by the Frenchman therefore represents a curious moment within a phase of deep changes at Milan.
