Alexandre Pato gave an interview to the Lega Serie A channel in the ‘Storie di Serie A’ feature. The Brazilian, former Milan striker, spoke about his bond with Milan supporters, still very strong today. These are his words:

"I think there has always been love. I love Milan a lot: I arrived here as a child and it gave me a lot of joy to live here. The fans here in Italy come close to you, they hug you, ask for a photo, talk to you… Sometimes I say to myself: ‘I really need this every now and then!’. It still impresses me. I really care a lot about Milan and I always have the Milan fans in my heart."

"It wasn't my will, but they made me believe that it was the best moment. If today I had to give advice to a player who is going through the same situation I experienced, I would tell him not to leave Europe and not to choose that moment to return to Brazil."
